نگاهی به آلبوم King Of Pop پس از گذشت نزدیک به یک ماه از انتشارش

آلبوم "King Of Pop" که انتشارش از اواخر ماه آگوست به مناسبت پنجاهمین سالروز تولد مایکل جکسون در کشورهای بسیاری آغاز شده بود، در اواخر هفته ی سوم انتشارش با مجموع فروش ۱۳۴ هزار نسخه در رده ی ۲۴ جدول جهانی آلبومها باقی مانده است. این آلبوم پس از انتشار در بریتانیا و استرالیا در رده های بالای این جداول قرار گرفت. در بریتانیا این آلبوم از رده ی ۵ تا رده ی ۳ بالا آمد، در استرالیا در ردیف پنجم جدول وارد شد و در این هفته در صدر جدول آلبومهای پرفروش اتریش جا گرفت. همچنین در این هفته این آلبوم در جدول پرفروشهای آلمان از ردیف ۱۹ تا ۶ صعود کرد.این آلبوم در کشورهای انگلستان، ایرلند، استرالیا، آلمان، فرانسه، نیوزیلند، بلژیک، مجارستان، ژاپن، هلند، سوئیس، اتریش و هنگ کنگ منتشر شده است. ایتالیا و ترکیه نیز به جمع کشورهای منتشر کننده ی این آلبوم پیوسته اند. نسخه ی لوکس این آلبوم که قرار بود در ۲۲ سپتامبر در بریتانیا منتشر شود، تا روز ۲۹ همین ماه به تاخیر افتاده است. قرار است فروش "سلطان پاپ" در روز ۳ اکتبر در ایتالیا آغاز گرد. آهنگهایی که در تمامی این آلبومها قرار داده شده اند، در طی نظر سنجی هایی که پیش از انتشار آلبومها انجام گرفته بود، توسط طرفداران موسیقی انتخاب گشته اند. این آلبوم به خصوص در هنگ کنگ با موفقیت بزرگی روبروه شده و فروش بسیار خوبی داشته است. آلبوم سلطان پاپ در هفته ی گذشته در جدول یکپارچه ی آلبومها، دومین آلبوم پرفروش هنگ کنگ بوده است و در این هفته در رده ی سوم قرار دارد و در جدول آلبومهای پرفروش سبک راک و پاپ از هفته ی گذشته تا کنون در جایگاه اول نشسته است. در جدولی دیگر، در بین ده آلبوم پرفروش هنگ کنگ نیز رده ی اول را به خود اختصاص داده است. لیست آهنگهای قرار گرفته بر روی این آلبومها بدین شرح است: سلطان پاپ - نسخه ایتالیایی دیسک اول: ۱.
