Statements From Michael’s Defense Team About Yesterday’s Police Raid on Neverland

Earlier this week, information was released about the accuser’s mother suffering from a mental illness—schizophrenia. The lawyers believe the accuser’s mother’s latest efforts and the provision of new information are, in fact, a reaction to news that has leaked to the media about her being schizophrenic.

A source from the prosecutor’s office, speaking to this network, said that the renewed raid on Michael Jackson’s home took place after new information was obtained from someone close to Jackson.

However, information provided through this news network states that, this time as well—just like previous occasions—the prosecutor’s office went to many people, including those who had not yet been questioned, and asked them to cooperate.

The same source also said that in recent weeks, the prosecutor’s office had been in discussions and disputes with Jackson’s lawyers regarding Jackson. The prosecutor’s office suggested that Michael Jackson be identified as a sex offender and be acquitted on the condition of posting bail to avoid prison, and that in return he would be placed under supervision with his children, and prohibited from having contact with other children.

A key member of Jackson’s defense team, in an interview with this network, said: “If a schizophrenic patient accused you of committing such crimes, would you make that deal?”

Andrew Napolitano, the network’s legal analyst, called the recent search of Michael’s home “unusual”:

“The prosecutor’s office usually has all the evidence when they decide to pursue criminal charges against someone. And this renewed search is happening at a time when there is hardly any time left before the court date. They probably encouraged the judge to do this because the authority to carry out such an action is not theirs to grant.”
