A Statement From Michael’s Mother and Father to Fans

Catherine and Joseph Jackson, Michael Jackson’s mother and father, released the following statement addressed to their son’s fans:

“We are standing together with the new situation that has arisen. We are not happy about this, but we are strong—and Michael is strong too. We want to thank all of our fans for all of their support for our son and for standing by him.”

Fans can take this opportunity to reassure Catherine and Joseph by sending them letters, letting them know that we are firmly behind Michael and the Jackson family. We should tell them that they have a place in our minds.
