Missing Witness in Michael Jackson’s Murder Case Has Been Found

Earlier this week, the missing prosecutor witness—who said he delivered 15 liters of propofol to Dr. Conrad Murray—was found, and therefore he will testify in court. The prosecutor had previously said that this witness left the country and that efforts to find him had been unsuccessful. But on Monday, it became clear that the witness will be present to testify in court. Yesterday, the judge delayed one of the defense team’s witnesses, Michael’s former makeup artist Karen Faye. The defense attorneys also announced that they had decided not to call a Texas doctor to testify about the operations and forensic medical capabilities of Los Angeles. Prosecutors objected to these witnesses. The next hearing will be held on Wednesday. Source: eMJey.com / CNN
