Shaky’s Mother Has Shown Deceptive Behavior

Prosecutors are considering summoning Shaky’s family to testify on January 31, 2005. Shaky’s brother told investigators that he saw Michael Jackson sexually abusing his brother. Shaky’s mother also claimed that they had been kept at Neverland against their will. Jackson’s defense team has questioned the truth of the allegations and Shaky’s mother’s mental health, as well as Shaky’s behavior. Among the issues raised about Shaky is his involvement in a shoplifting incident in 1998, during which Shaky is arrested by a store security guard while wearing the clothes he had stolen from the shop. In a counteraction, Shaky’s mother accused the store guard of causing physical confrontation with her and her children and of sexually abusing her. In a psychological report on Shaky’s mother obtained by NBC and News Press, Dr. John Hatchman stated that Shaky’s mother had shown deceptive behavior, and that medical and police examinations did not confirm her claims against the store guard. Dr. Hatchman also said that the boy (Shaky, Michael’s current accuser) spoke in a way that seemed as if someone had taught him what to say. The defense team will use this information to show that Shaky may also have been guided by his mother in the case of bringing charges against Jackson.
