Fingerprints: A New Prosecutorial Move

The prosecution’s box may be considering arguing that Michael Jackson, before sexually abusing the 13-year-old boy, had given him alcohol and shown him those magazines. Jackson’s defense lawyers will likely say that these assumptions do not strengthen the charges the accuser has brought against Michael Jackson, because the accuser could have consumed alcohol and looked at the magazines in Michael’s absence.
