Hamid Mosahehi, Michael’s videographer and photographer, filed a lawsuit against him

Hamid Mosahehi, the 37-year-old Iranian videographer and photographer of Michael, filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of fraud and violating laws related to copyright. Hamid Mosahehi worked for Michael for several years. Last week, Hamid Mosahehi submitted a petition to the Los Angeles court. He claims that Jackson owes him more than one hundred thousand dollars. In 2003, during the eight months when Martin Bashir was producing and filming the program "Living with Michael Jackson" in Norland, Hamid Mosahehi was Michael’s private videographer. Michael used pieces that were filmed by Mosahehi for the second part of this program, which was essentially a reciprocal move in response to Bashir’s lies in the first part. Mosahehi claims that Michael should pay him more than one million dollars for using those filmed clips.
