The defense lawyers also plan to launch attacks against Jackson’s 13-year-old accuser, who claims to be a victim. They intend to call witnesses to testify that the accuser and his brother were "guests from hell" and stayed at Norland of their own will. The witnesses will testify that when Jackson was not present at Norland, they saw the boys watching obscene magazines. They will also testify that they saw the boys enter a basement room where bottles of alcohol were kept. This testimony will make clear why the boys’ fingerprints were found on the alcohol bottles.
