Documents show the complainant’s mother’s claims are unreliable

Michael Jackson’s defense team is prepared to prove that the complainant’s mother’s claims are unreliable. Evidence obtained is creating even more doubts about the allegations against Michael Jackson. The evidence suggests that the complainant’s mother had previously sought financial gain during similar allegation schemes. Three days ago, Judge Melville had accepted the defense team’s request to issue a written subpoena to the complainant’s family so that they could provide financial, medical, military, and psychological records. Judge Melville said that since the district attorney’s office is not representing the complainant’s family, they cannot request that these records remain confidential. The evidence obtained from the complainant’s family shows that the complainant’s mother raised similar allegations in 2001. After her son (the current complainant Jackson) was arrested in 1998 for shoplifting, she, in 2001, counter-claimed that the store guard had physically confronted her and her children and sexually abused her. The complainant’s mother filed a $3 million lawsuit against the store. To end the matter, the store paid the complainant’s mother $137,000, and as a result she withdrew her lawsuit. The evidence also shows that in 2001, psychological tests were conducted on the complainant’s mother, describing her as a "fantasist" and suggesting that her allegations against the store guard might have been false. During these tests, the complainant’s mother also said that she could not remember many of her memories. Dr. Hatchman says that she had said she did not want to remember anything about her past psychological treatments. She said she couldn’t remember where her son’s dance classes were held. She was more upset about the store incident than about her son having cancer. Her condition constantly shifted between that of a rude person who yells and cries. Dr. Hatchman says that in interviews with this woman’s children, it seemed to him that they had practiced what they were supposed to say before the interview. Following the complainant’s mother’s lawsuit against the store guard for alleged physical confrontation and sexual abuse, the police doctor had announced that no signs of bruising or injuries were seen on the complainant’s mother’s body, and no certificate of abuse was issued by the police. It has been reported that Michael Jackson’s defense team intends to subpoena several witnesses who not only will show that the complainant’s mother’s claims are unreliable, but will also reveal some of the mother’s unethical behaviors.
