The jury will not see Michael Jackson’s speech film
Conrad Murray’s lawyers had asked the judge to allow a film of Michael Jackson’s speech—made during the time when he had traveled to London to announce the launch of the This Is It tour—to be shown to the jury, arguing that the video makes Michael look weak and confused!
The judge, yesterday, announced his refusal to the request and said it has nothing to do with the case.
The judge also rejected the prosecution’s position, saying they cannot present evidence related to four failed attempts to reach Conrad Murray before the jury.
