Prince Jackson talks about his father (with more video and photos)
On Friday, Prince Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. recalled his father at the Bambi charity gala:
"(These charitable activities) are what Dad always wanted to do, and I support everything he did in his life. Keeping his legacy alive is an important and great task.
We brought the original lyrics of Billie Jean and Bad, along with a book that my grandmother signed and includes photos of Dad and the Jackson 5. We want to put these up for auction so people can bid on them, and the money will go to charity."

Prince’s trip was accompanied by Howard Mann, Catherine Jackson’s business partner. The book Prince brought, signed by his grandmother, is titled Never Can Say Goodbye—prepared by Catherine after Michael’s death as a tribute to her son. Howard Mann was involved in publishing this book. Dieter Wiesner, who had been Michael’s manager years ago, was also seen alongside Prince.
