79 Percent of the Votes for Michael

In a recently completed vote for the best R&B/Hip-Hop albums of 2002, conducted by Billboard’s website among fans around the world, Michael received the highest number of votes for his album Invincible. Invincible took 79 percent of the 29,705 votes and was chosen as the most popular among 15 favorite albums of the year. Michael’s closest competitor was The Eminem Show by Eminem, which received only 6 percent of the votes. Alicia Keys’ album Songs In A Minor came next with 3 percent, and the albums by Ashanti (Ashanti), Juslisen (Musiq), and Stillmatic (Nas) each received 2 percent of the votes.
