King of pop, Michael Jackson is in talks with real estate agents over buying a 7 million dollars chateau overlooking the Swiss Alps. The former hotel Chateau Gutsch boasts of 31-bedrooms and is located in the picturesque town of Lucerne.
Estate agent Kurt Illi, 70, said that Jackson is "seriously interested" and he will fly to the star's current home in Bahrain to discuss the potential buy on 5 May (06) reports the Sun.
