Michael Jackson was taken to hospital yesterday afternoon as his back troubles flared up again. Michael visited the emergency room at Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital, according to the Associated Press. "Mr. Jackson's back has spurred up on him again," his spokesperson Raymone Bain said. "It's pretty serious. It was serious enough for him to come over here." Bain said that the stress of a verdict nearing contributed to the pain, "He's under a tremendous amount of stress right now," she said, "Other than his back, he is doing fine." She went on, "I find when he becomes stressed, his back gives out. He did not want any attention called to this." "His back had really been bothering him all week, but he didn't want to say anything," Bain said according to the Santa Barbara news-press. "He decided to deal with the pain and was hoping it would go away." "He thought because it was Sunday that the hospital would be nice and quiet, that he could go there and get something and come back. But the whole press corps was outside his gates and followed him over there." Michael went back to Neverland yesterday evening to spend time with his family and wait for the verdict. Bain described Katherine and Joseph Jackson as the "rock of Gibraltar." Source: AP/MJNI/eMJey
